Rap up from yesterday
(10:32pm)
I was looking at my first Black book. Wow, I've grown so much from then. In some areas more than others. I'm a whole lot more stable, I'll tell ya that much. I also have seen some things much clearer. Thank you Mrs. Cathirell for starting us on the journal assignment in AVID 9. LOVE YOU!!! And good luck with the baby.

Just got home from school. I rarely ever come directly home after school. I'll either be in the library or Dona's room. I found my letter saying that I was eligible for a $7,000 scholarship for Chestnut Hill College. So did Elizabeth Krupa, though I'm not sure if it's the same amount. They're on common app, so I can apply to them via there. We had a good time in AVID. We finished our posters that we started earlier last class. We even used a semi quote from your's trully and a line from “Ain't No Mountain High Enough”. I got complemented on my quote. That was, needless to say, AWESOME!!! One person still complained about all of the “creative” kids being in one group. We're not all of the creative kids, there's some left. There's Nick Taylor, who's very artistic. And though it pains me some to say, there's even Jacquynn, who has great ideas sometimes. Our's was the best poster, it had a theme to it.
And holding the poster is the lovely Ms. Kimberly Lane. We all enjoyed working on the poster. I wonder what we'll do next with them. I also can't wait to see how many faces there will be on our House of Hyperion wall.

While walking home, I saw atleast 5 huge streams of water from the abundance of rain. It was kinda cool. I liked watching the stream, it was peaceful. Well, aside from the rain pittering on my face.
The last one is really just some fallen branches along the sidewalk I walk home on. I'm guessing Irene did it. I have to duck down every time I walk past.

I just remembered something, I gave Prosper and Jacquynn a mini tutorial on how to balance equations. I did a good job, especially with Jacquynn. Jacquynn isn’t all that strong in science. By the time I was done with her, she was able to do some on her own. Prosper only needed help with one, I still did well explaining that one to him.

Whenever it rains, I like to listen to music. I have a playlist entitled “Rainy Days”. One of the songs that I like is “Will You Be There” by Michael Jackson. It also acts as a reminder of what a true friend is.
